Plus, you can fully customize the event to make use of any of our facilities and unique settings to create an experience that will make your event the talk of the town for all the right reasons.

Unique Event Venue with Variety

With over 5500 sf (indoor) and 1600 sf of covered patio area and 400sf rooftop deck in the main building and 800 sf in the adjacent building, our venue can accommodate up to 250 seated guests. We have a variety of indoor and outdoor sites to choose from and with our in-house AV systems and streaming technology, the possibilities are endless. Whether you are hosting your company’s annual dinner, an executive retreat, awards ceremony or a team-building weekend, Lazy S is the perfect setting!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will You Hold My Date?

With your first payment of 25% of the total rental cost, your event date will be reserved. This retainer is due when you sign the rental agreement and will be applied to your rental cost.

What Is Included In The Booking Fee?

Rental fee includes 12-hour rental period; use of tables & chairs; use of the sound system; cleaning prior to and after the event.

Do You Offer A Payment Plan?

We are happy to break payments up into smaller amounts. Feel free to contact us to discuss payment options.

Can I Provide My Own Alcohol?

Clients can purchase and deliver their own alcohol. For the convenience and safety of all Lazy S Hacienda guests, a bartending service and security is required. Price contingent on guest count.

Can My Vendors Pick Up Items The Next Day?

Currently, we require all items brought by you, your vendors, and your guests to be removed by the end of the rental period.

Is There a Discounted Rate For Reception Only Events?

Currently, we do not offer a discounted rate for receptions, our current pricing is for any type of event.

What Happens If I Have To Cancel My Event?

If you need to cancel your event, all payments made to the date of written cancellation is nonrefundable. However, if you decide to proceed with a new date after the initial cancellation, Lazy S Hacienda will honor a date change within (14) calendar days of the original notification of cancellation.

Do You Have A Preferred Vendor List?

We do, but you aren’t stuck with it! At Lazy S we believe in flexibility and giving you the freedom to create YOUR ideal event which is why we offer an open vendor policy. However, if you do want to lessen the stress, we can also provide you with an all-inclusive option of pre-selected vendors. Alternatively, we can also provide a list of our most outstanding event professionals for you to choose from.

What if it Rains?

We have a variety of alternative spaces should rain affect your outdoor plans. We can walk you through the process of hosting the activities inside in the event of bad weather.

Do You Have More Than One Event At A Time?

Never, when you book Lazy S, it is all yours!

Preferred Vendors

You are more than welcome to use your own vendors for your corporate event but why not make things easier for yourself? Planning an event can be incredibly stressful and there is a lot of pressure to make it perfect for your guests or participants. That is why we have prepared a list of our own preferred vendors.

We have set criteria for preferred vendors and we choose to only work with those who are professional, trustworthy people who are very respectful of our space and of our client’s needs. Only companies who we know to provide excellent service make our list, so you can rest assured that you will receive the highest quality at your event.
